Restoration of old houses

Management and execution of restoration projects based on traditional Mediterranean construction and green construction, using old recovered materials and sustainable materials such as lime mortars.

 

We develop restoration projects for old houses in collaboration with architects and technicians. Project management in restoration and new construction. We have our own team of construction workers. Our projects are based on Mediterranean, ecological and sustainable green construction, as well as on ancient construction techniques such as Roman concrete, but incorporating modern construction methods and materials when necessary.

We find materials such as reclaimed terracotta, old stone slabs, arches, ashlars and period doors for our clients and projects. We work in an artisanal way with natural paints, lime mortars and other natural products for construction.

 

 

Specialized in the restoration of old houses of traditional construction, with our own construction company; We work with low environmental impact, ecological, recycled or highly recyclable materials. We take care of the interior architecture. We create volumes and redistribute spaces. We recover and restore architectural elements in poor condition. Specialized in the consolidation of old walls of adobe, earth and masonry typical of traditional Mallorcan houses.

We personalize the decoration with textured walls, stuccos and tadelakt based on lime mortar, as well as continuous floors, tiled with old stone or tiles. We reproduce the patinas on old walls and floors.

In our works we carry out decorative painting finishes, tadelakt, restoration of beams and carpentry, decorative painting and patinas in carpentry.

We have our own warehouse with old materials for exclusive use in the projects in which we participate.
