Legal Basis of the Treatment

The legal basis of the data controller is the legitimate interest of the controller for the selection of personnel and their subsequent hiring. Likewise, it is understood that there is express consent on the part of the candidate, since he or she is the one who voluntarily and without a direct request from the controller, sends the CV to the controller's offices.

Recipients of Assignments

No transfers to third parties are planned, except those authorized by law.

International Transfers

International transfers are not made.
