There is no designated Data Protection Officer.

Purpose of the treatment

Management of the employment relationship, including: drafting employment contracts, social security, preparation of payrolls, severance payments and compensation and their payment by bank transfer or similar. Likewise, and within the scope of risk prevention and health surveillance, carrying out any actions that are necessary in accordance with current legislation.

Conservation Period

The retention period is:  From the last termination of the employment contract, the data of the interested party will be kept for six years for legal, fiscal and commercial reasons.

Automated decisions and profiling

There are no automated decisions or profiling.

Legal Basis of the Treatment

The legal basis for the processing is the general social security law and the law  occupational risk prevention and the workers' statute.

Recipients of Assignments

No transfers to third parties are planned, except those authorized by law.

International Transfers

International transfers are not made.

Rights of interested parties

In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights:- Right to request access to your personal data.- Right to request its rectification or deletion.- Right to request the limitation of its processing.- Right to object to the processing.- Right to data portability.To exercise your rights, you must contact the controller, requesting the corresponding form for the exercise of the chosen right. Optionally, you can redirect the interested party to the competent Control Authority to obtain additional information about your rights.
