INFORMATION CLAUSE

Data Controller

We inform you that the personal data that you provide us are incorporated into a personal data processing called WORK DAY RECORD whose controller is POLLENTIA TRADE SL with NIF B07850944 and registered office at C/ Can Valella 22, 07300 INCA, ILLES BALEARS (SPAIN). Data Protection Officer

There is no designated Data Protection Officer.

Purpose of the treatment

The purpose is to comply with the legal obligation to keep a daily record of working hours, which must include the specific start and end times of each worker's working day, without prejudice to the flexible hours established in article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute Law.

Conservation Period

The retention period is:  In accordance with article 10.2 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures for social protection and the fight against job insecurity in the working day, the company will keep the records referred to in this provision for four years and they will remain available to workers, their legal representatives and the Labor and Social Security Inspection.

Automated decisions and profiling

 There are no automated decisions or profiling.

Legal Basis of the Treatment

The basis for legitimacy lies in article 10.2 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures for social protection and the fight against job insecurity in the working day, which adds a new section 9 to Article 34 of the Workers' Statute Law.

Recipients of Assignments

No transfers to third parties are planned, except those authorized by law.

International Transfers

International transfers are not made.

Rights of interested parties

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data that concerns them. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request that the processing of their data be limited, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. The Data Controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. The interested party is also informed that they may file a claim with the Data Protection Control Authority.
