Construction management -project management- restoration and new construction.
We develop restoration and construction projects in collaboration with architects and construction engineers. Our projects are based on Mediterranean bioconstruction, ecological, green, and sustainable. The techniques are based on ancient construction such as Roman concrete, although incorporating modern methods and materials when needed.
For our clients and projects we locate materials such as terracotta, ancient stone slabs, arches, chairs and antique doors; natural paints, natural lime and other construction products. We have our own warehouse with such materials exclusively for the projects in which we participate.
Restoration of old houses.
Specializing in the restoration of old houses and traditional construction, our own team of masons work with materials with low environmental impact, ecological, recycled or highly recyclable.
Being specialized in building ancient walls of mud, dirt and adobe walls, we take as well care of the interior architecture, creating volumes and redistributing spaces. We recover and restore architectural elements in disrepair. We customize the decoration with textured walls based on lime mortar, reproducing ancient walls, flooring, and doors.
Interior design
Our work also includes decorative paint finishes, tadelackt, restoring beams and woodwork, decorative painting and patinas.
Redesign and manufacture of furniture is also or field of action, since we locate and customize furniture, vintage and antique, as our own warehouse and showroom proves: decoration, art, and design.

Restoration of old houses
Specialized in the restoration of old houses of traditional construction, with its own team of bricklayers;
We work with low environmental impact, ecological, recycled or highly recyclable materials.
We take care of interior architecture. We create volumes and redistribute spaces. We recover and restore architectural elements in poor condition. We specialize in consolidating old walls made of mud, earth and masonry. We personalize the decoration with textured walls based on lime mortar, old floors and doors. We reproduce old walls and floors.

Unsere Project führen wir grundsätzlich als mediterrane Bioarchitektur aus, ökologisch und nachhaltig, wobei wir uns auf traditionelle Techniken beziehen wie zum Beispiel das römische Gussmauerwerk (opus cementitium, english „tapial“), jedoch auch moderne Methoden und Materialien verwenden wo es notwendig ist.
Wir beschaffen unseren Auftraggebern und für unsere Projekte originale, wiederverwendbare Materialien wie zum Beispiel alte Terracottafliesen and antique Steinplatten-Beläge, Naturstein-Mauerwerk und zeitgenössische Türen. Ebenso Naturfarben, Kalke und anderes natürliches Baumaterial. Wir verfügen über ein eigenes Lager, das ausschliesslich zur Versorgung unserer Kunden dient und der Project, an denen wir beteiligt sind.
For unsere Kunden übernehmen wir die Bauaufsicht und Projektsteuerung beim Neubau und der Rehabilitierung.
Restoration
Wir sind spezialisiert auf die Restaurierung alter Gebäude und verfügen über ein eigenes Team von Bauhandwerkern.
Unsere Baumaterialien sind natürlich und/oder mit der geringstmöglichen Umweltbelastung produziert, recycelt und wiederverwendbar.
Auch die Innenarchitektur gehört zu unserem Arbeitsbereich. Wir kümmern uns um Volume und Raumaufteilungen, restaurieren oder ersetzen Bauteile in schlechtem Zustand. Die Verfestigung von altem „tapial“-, Lehm- und Feldstein- Mauerwerk gehört zu unseren Spezialitäten, wobei wir individuelle Raumgestaltungen schaffen mittels texturierter Oberflächen unter Verwendung von Kalkputzten sowie durch Verlegen alter Böden und den Einbau ter antiker Türen.

Entwurf and Anfertigung von Einzelmöbeln
Anpassen von Möbeln an vorhandenes Interieur, Aufspüren and beschaffen von alten und Vintage Möbeln. Showroom and Lagerung in eigenen Räumen von Objekten aus den Bereichen Dekoration, Kunst, Design.
